Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share limited data with the following categories of service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:
- SMS Delivery: Twilio — for reliable message delivery and phone number management.
- Email Delivery: Mailgun / SendGrid — for transactional and service-related emails.
- Payment Processing: Stripe — for subscription billing (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).
- AI Services: OpenAI — for AI-powered platform features. Data sent to AI providers is limited to the minimum required and is not used for model training.
- Hosting: Dedicated infrastructure providers for server hosting and network services.
