The Lead Standard LLC sends SMS messages to end users through its portfolio platform LeedAgent (powered by LeedCRM). These messages include appointment reminders, lead follow-ups, and informational updates sent on behalf of businesses that use our platform.
All SMS recipients provide prior express written consent through a TCPA-compliant web-based opt-in form before receiving any messages. Each opt-in page clearly identifies the business, discloses message frequency and data rates, and requires an active consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Recipients can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
